Terms & Conditions

Piluvu is a marketplace that connects brands and businesses ("Brands") with content creators ("Creators"). Brands can discover Creators, send paid collaboration requests and run campaigns; Creators can publish a profile, accept collaborations and get paid. We also offer paid training programmes for Creators.

Piluvu facilitates the collaboration and the payment. Unless stated otherwise, the content itself is created by the Creator, and the agreement on what is delivered is between the Brand and the Creator.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Information you provide, including follower counts and payout details, must be accurate and your own.
• One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise.

• When a Brand sends a collaboration request, it pays the agreed amount upfront through Razorpay. We hold the amount until the collaboration is completed.
• The Creator receives the agreed amount once the Brand confirms the delivery. Piluvu currently charges no commission on collaborations.
• Payouts are sent to the payout details in the Creator's account. For security, payouts are paused for 48 hours after payout details are changed.
• Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). An invoice or payout statement is issued for every payment.

Training is sold as one-time or auto-renewing plans at the prices shown on the Training page. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

You keep ownership of the content you upload or publish. You give Piluvu a licence to host and display it as needed to run the Platform (for example, showing a Creator's profile to Brands). Rights to content created in a collaboration are as agreed between the Brand and the Creator.

• Provide false information, inflate follower counts, or impersonate anyone.
• Arrange payment for a collaboration found on the Platform outside the Platform to avoid its payment process.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory or harmful, or that contains malware.
• Harass other users, send spam, or misuse their personal data.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the Platform's security.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the results of any collaboration or training (such as follower growth or sales), and we are not responsible for statements made by users. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using the Platform and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law. Payments already due to a Creator for completed work will still be settled, unless they relate to fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City]. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
